1. Class on Ramen noodles: Morning 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM

  • Making a batch of Ramen noodles from scratch using the “RICHMEN 1” / “RICHMEN GOLD” commercial noodle machines 
  • Q&A session 

2. Class on Gyoza Skin making: Morning 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM

  • Explanation of recipes and ingredients (hard copy materials will be provided) 
  • Making a batch of Gyoza Skin from scratch using the “RICHMEN 1” / “RICHMEN GOLD” commercial noodle machines 
  • Q&A session 

3. GOLDEN EGG Demonstration: Morning 12:00 AM to 13:00 AM

  • GoldenEgg” – a revolutionary table-top automatic machine for peeling hard and soft boiled eggs along with Onsen Tamago cooker

4. Class on Udon noodles: Evening 14:00 PM to 15:00 PM

  • Making a batch of Udon from scratch using the SHINUCHI commercial UDON machines 
  • Q&A session 

5. Class on HAKATA RAMEN: Evening 15:00 PM to 16:00 PM

  • Explanation of recipes and ingredients (hard copy materials will be provided) 
  • Making a batch of HAKATA RAMEN  from scratch using the “RICHMEN 1” / “RICHMEN GOLD” commercial noodle machines 
  • Q&A session 

6. Udon tasting: Evening 16:00 PM to 16:30 PM
