Although, developments in technology have greatly enhanced human ability to communicate remotely, nothing can beat being as close to each other as possible giving you an opportunity for direct engagement and interaction.
With this in mind, after much time and effort Yamato has finally established its physical presence on the North American continent by opening an office in Houston, Texas where people can come to see what we have to offer, and where our dedicated and committed sales and technical support staff is always there to help our customers with any issues related to noodle machines or other equipment in our lineup.
The office also gives us a unique opportunity to educate our existing and potential customers on issues of noodle making, recipes, ingredient suppliers, etc.
In September and October 2023, Yamato USA invites everyone who is interested in learning about the best equipment for small-mid scale production of fresh craft Ramen and Udon noodles as well as other related equipment (egg shell peeling machines, soup stock strainers) to join us for a series of in-person workshops that we will host at our office in Houston.
In the future, we plan to organize such events, classes and workshops on a regular basis to share with participants our noodle making expertise, technologies and information on labor saving equipment.
During the workshops we are going to demonstrate how to make different varieties of Ramen noodles for various types of Ramen dishes, Udon noodles, Gyoza skins/wrappers, as well as a revolutionary egg peeling machine that is the only one in the world that can peel both hard and SOFT boiled eggs.
During the workshops you will be able to learn everything about theory and practice of craft noodle customization in general, and production of noodles using the best noodle making equipment from Japan in particular:
types of ingredients, ingredient proportions and combination, dough making / resting / aging, noodle size, storage, shelf life, culinary application, etc.
