Participants will be able to get a hands-on experience of our latest noodle-making machines for udon or ramen noodles.
With SHINUCHI and the recently developed dough pressing machine – AFP – you will be able to make Udon of the most exquisite quality, and stay ahead of your competitors. AFP dough pressing machine is a unique piece of equipment designed to automatically produce dough with the same texture and characteristics as the one made using authentic foot-stomping techniques that noodle masters have been using to make udon in the past.


RICHMEN GOLD 2 is our most advanced Ramen noodle-making machine for mid-scale production of craft ramen noodles designed for restaurants, restaurant chains and micro/mini noodle factories.
Not only has Richmen Gold 2 inherited the ability to produce the same outstanding noodle quality, but owing to its greater automation it has greatly surpassed Richmen Gold 1 in terms of ease of use, productivity and performance.
When we designate Richmen Gold machines as “micro noodle factory” we actually mean it:
with only a small footprint that allows them to be installed and operated in a small room they can ensure a factory-scale production output of several thousands portions per day with outstanding craft quality.

Eggs with runny yolks – the ones typically boiled for 6-8 minutes – are extremely hard to peel without damaging the whites because they are very soft and easy to break. With that in mind, we developed GOLDEN EGG – a machine capable of peeling that type of eggs at a rate of 1 egg in 6 seconds. Using this machine, our customers can save a lot of time and get less loss compared manual peeling.

One of the most time and labor consuming tasks Ramen shops have to do is stock straining / filtering.
