In-person class in Amsterdam: learn Egg noodles, Ramen, Gyoza, Udon, Soft-boiled eggs
Yamato is all about customer success.
Although, developments in technology have greatly enhanced human ability to communicate remotely, nothing can beat being as close to each other as possible giving you an opportunity for direct engagement and interaction.
With this in mind, Yamato has established its physical presence on the European continent by opening an office in Amsterdam where people can come to see what we have to offer, and where our dedicated and committed multilingual staff (including for technical support!) is always there to help with any issues related to noodle machines or other equipment in our lineup.
The office also gives us a unique opportunity to educate our existing and potential customers on issues of noodle making, recipes, ingredient suppliers, etc.
Since the start of 2023 we have begun offering monthly in-person events for anyone who is interested in professional noodle making, as well as related peripheral equipment such as automatic egg peeling machines or stock strainers.
These events and workshops allow us to share our noodle making expertise, technologies and labor saving equipment in Europe where the costs have been rising, and skilled labor is getting harder to come by.
On May 22 and 23, 2023 we are offering special classes to help you level-up your noodle making skills in just 2 hours: we are going to demonstrate how to make different types of Ramen focusing on egg noodles as well as craft flavored ramen along with Udon, Gyoza making, and demonstration of the GoldenEgg – a revolutionary egg peeling machine that can remove shells not only from hard-boiled eggs but from soft-boiled as well.
During the classes you will be able to learn everything about theory and practice of craft noodle customization in general, and production of noodles in particular: ingredient types, ingredient proportions and combination, dough making / resting / aging, noodle size, storage, shelf life, culinary application, etc.
