Having lived and worked in multiple places of the world, he is truly an international person, who understands unique needs and palates of local markets. He is extremely versed in the most finest points of noodle cuisine in general and Ramen one in particular. He can share his knowledge and expertise in Ramen noodle making and other aspects of noodle businesses.
