Over the past decade supporting our customers across the world through training, advises, and other things, we’ve found that many no matter how experienced they are in restaurant businesses do not know proper ways to cook noodles. Being able to cook noodles well efficiently may be one of the most critical capabilities specialty noodle restaurants need to possess. Because no matter how perfectly noodles have been crafted, cooking them in a wrong way ruin everything.
We know this is one of those things that are a bit too embarrassing to ask as it seems like a very basic skill. But by watching this class, you can master it once for all.

In the class, we are going to address questions like how much water is appropriate for cooking noodles?
What kind of water should we use for boiling noodles? What can we do to shorten the cooking time?
