Ramen Shop from scratch - how to deliver your bowls of ramen
There are always two components to any business, production and delivery. In the last class, we discussed the production part of a ramen business, where we talked about how each component of ramen is produced and assembled, noodles, soups, toppings, etc. And no matter how good your bowls of ramen are, they are not going to carry any value to your customers without your capability to deliver them at the quality intended. It’s like any great ideas would be worthless without execution or bringing them into the reality.
So in this class on January 14th, we will study and discuss the delivery aspect of a ramen business. How would you deliver your ramen products to your customers? This is a critical question to answer because your delivery operation is going to be based on the answer. With over 20 years of teaching ramen to startups and ramen chefs and helping them launch their ramen shops or optimize their operations, we are sharing the knowledge of how you can design and build your delivery operations. Please join us on January 14th 2022 to start designing your ramen business.
On its part, aside from conducting Ramen schools (both in-person, and from just recently – >online< too), Yamato has been offering a series of free >online classes and workshops< dedicated to various aspects of Ramen cuisine and Ramen business operation.

As part of this commitment to Ramen education, on January 14, 2022, Yamato offers a free online workshop titled “Ramen Shop from Scratch”, dedicated to providing a comprehensive overview of essential information, skills, implements and competences necessary to start and run a ramen business.
