Online Noodle Workshop: using noodle machines to make a variety of dough-based products. Part 2

Procuring a commercial grade noodle making machine is an important business decision requiring a certain amount of investment and operational capacity on part of the business.

In this respect, Yamato pays an utmost attention to the quality of our noodle machines, as well as to providing a continuous support to our customers to ensure uninterrupted, efficient and seamless operation of the equipment they purchased.

Aside from the quality epitomizing the best traditions of Japanese manufacturing, one of the distinctive characteristics of our “Richmen” series noodle machines, is their broad versatility allowing them to produce not only a wide variety of noodles per se but other types of dough-based products as well.

For example, a built-in mixer unit, powerful rollers, and an attachable drum for long circumference dough sheets enable “Richmen” to make dough for various kinds of dumplings (gyoza, khinkali, dim sum, shumai, etc.), wrappings for “Harumaki” spring rolls, tortilla, lasagna, etc.

To help our existing customers make the most out of their equipment, and offer those who are only considering starting a food business with great craft noodles a glimpse of what “Richmen” machines are also capable of aside from making noodles, on November 12, 2020, Yamato offers a special workshop featuring ways and methods to produce a number of dough-based products on “Richmen” series noodle machines.

The workshop is Free, and its live broadcast is accessible by the link that will be sent to your email address after signing up.

(NOTE: we are looking forward for, and would definitely welcome your watching the live broadcast, but should that be difficult, you would still be able to watch a recording of the workshop using the same link)

IMPORTANT: to help us make the most of this opportunity by adapting the content to best suit your needs and conditions, we would encourage you to specify which topics / aspects of noodle business you would like to see covered during the workshop.
