Akira Mii has worked for Yamato for almost 20 years, supporting customers in many countries across the world. He can share his broad knowledge and deep expertise in noodle making and other aspects of noodle business.

Online Noodle Class on Korean noodles "Kalguksu"

Although being a Japanese company and based in Japan, Yamato boasts a diverse and multilingual team of employees hailing from many countries, as well as a number of local branches across the world. Thus our interest and expertise is not limited to Japanese noodles, or only to the kind of noodle cuisine which is predominately popular in Japan. 

During our free online class on October 14, 2020 conducted in English and broadcast from our HQ in Kagawa, Japan we will cover a topic of “Kalguksu – a noode dish originated and popular in Korea.

The class’s content will be thoroughly supervised by our staff from Yamato local branch in Seoul, South Korea.
