Online Noodle Class on Gyoza

The mission of our company, Yamato MFG, can be described and summarized as insuring success of prospective and existing noodle-oriented food service businesses by offering them comprehensive technical and methodological solutions for production of fresh high-quality noodles (ramen, pasta, udon, soba), preparation, arrangement and catering of complete noodle-based dishes for on- and off-site consumption, as well as offering general coaching, management and operation counseling for such businesses.

Yet, although we are focused on noodles, there are certain adjacent areas that are of our and our customers’ interest. Such among them are gyoza dumplings.

Not only gyoza dumplings are a staple side dish for ramen cuisine, but their skins can be made using the same machines also used to produce ramen noodles. In this sense, a single unit of a noodle machine simultaneously offers a secondary functional dimension, which we generally advise our customers to utilize to diversify their product repertoire and increase their ROI.

On June 25, 2020, for the third iteration of our Free Online Noodle Classes project, we will hold two sessions dedicated to gyoza dumplings – their ingredients, varieties, production of their skins on noodle machines, fillings, wrapping and cooking techniques, as well practical aspects of their commercial use.
