Online Noodle Class on Noodles for health and wellness
So you have fought and ‘won’ the big great battle of the New Year binge – and by now the fleeting sense of satisfaction has vanished long time ago, and you are probably left with a fair amount of self-guilt, a couple of extra pounds you wished just weren’t there, and a strong determination to start it all over — in 2021.
Yes, we all know how it goes, and on our part will try to lend you whatever help we can, like trying to broaden your noodle menu repertoire to include options that may be considered to be on a relatively healthier side.
Despite existence of competing interpretations as to what is healthier, and different people reacting differently to different food products, we thought to introduce three options that might fall into this category:
– buckwheat noodles (with various ratios of buckwheat flour to other ingredients)
– gluten free noodles made from a combination of starch and rice flour (of course, in the same sense, 100 percent buckwheat noodles are gluten free by default)
– noodles with various powdered or juiced vegetable components mixed into the dough
