Ms. Jason Lim

Graduated from Yamato Noodle School more than 15 years ago, Chef Jason started his ramen restaurant and has been kept abreast in the latest techniques and know-hows in the world of ramen cuisine. He has provided consulting services to numerous ramen and udon restaurants in many parts of the world, and accumulated great knowledge and experience in noodle making, soup preparation, menu development and restaurant operations. During the class, he will share his deep and extensive expertise based on his professional practice and learning.

Ramen Chef/Instructor Jason

Over a decade, he’s worked as a ramen shop owner, chef, consultant and over the past few years, he’s been teaching ramen and udon at Yamato Ramen School in Singapore. He shares his expertise on noodle making and operational aspects of noodle restaurants.
