As Yamato Noodle has been helping a number of noodle specialty restaurants and other businesses for the past four decades around the world, especially in field of fresh noodle production and labour/time saving equipment, we are determined to help you to overcome daily challenges you face in your business and improve business operations.  

We encourage you to join us and experience our noodle machines and noodle making by getting your hands dirty. Because seeing others do it and actually doing it is completely different, it will be a great time for you to try and experience it firsthand. You may be surprised at how easy it is to make superb noodles yourself and how great they taste.   

You can also bring your own flour to see and test how good noodles you can make out of them

1. Class on Ramen noodles: Morning 10 AM to 11 AM

  • Explanation of recipes and ingredients (hard copy materials will be provided) 
  • Making a batch of Ramen noodles from scratch using the “RICHMEN 1” / “RICHMEN GOLD” commercial noodle machines 
  • Q&A session 

2. Class on Flavored Ramen: Morning 11:30 AM to 12 AM

  • Explanation of recipes and ingredients (hard copy materials will be provided) 
  • Making a batch of Flavored noodles from scratch using the “RICHMEN GOLD” commercial noodle machines 
  • Q&A session 

3. Class on Gyoza Skin making: Morning 12:30 AM to 1 AM

  • Explanation of recipes and ingredients (hard copy materials will be provided) 
  • Making a batch of Gyoza Skin from scratch using the “RICHMEN 1” / “RICHMEN GOLD” commercial noodle machines 
  • Q&A session 

4. Demo of GoldenEgg – Egg peeling machine: Evening 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM

  • GoldenEgg” – a revolutionary table-top automatic machine for peeling hard and softboiled eggs along with Onsen Tomago cooker

5. Class on UDON: Evening 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM

  • Explanation of recipes and ingredients (hard copy materials will be provided) 
  • Making a batch of Udon from scratch using the SHINUCHI commercial UDON machines 
  • Q&A session 

6. Noodle tasting: Evening 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM
