Get a lower delivery price with a special container shipment offer (for customers from EU and North America)

Yamato always tries to offer its products and services at the best possible prices to all our customers across the world. For that, we constantly strive to optimize our processes and production methods to make them more cost-efficient, and to minimize the impact of inflation spikes on our prices.

However, we may not always be able to control other expenses that our customers have to incur when they purchase our products — and the biggest among them are, of course, those related to shipping and delivery.

In most cases, we get our products shipped out from Japan individually (per order) by sea which is way cheaper than by air delivery, but that too in recent times has seen a dramatic increase in price rates, especially due to disruptions to global logistic and supply chains caused by pandemics and geopolitical instability in many regions of the world.

And those prices are literally soaring, especially for destinations separated from Japan by vast distances such as Europe and North America.

To deal with this serious situation, and to alleviate the financial burden of the shipping cost for our customers, we have started exploring options of bulk deliveries by chartering ship containers when we would load multiple units of our equipment at once to lower the cost per one machine.

However, due to substantial expenses and organizational efforts such shipments require on our part, they are not offered on a regular basis, and may not be immediately available on demand to all our customers.

So far, we have successfully tried this approach for deliveries to Europe (EU) and North America, and as of the end of November 2023, we still have several slots remaining for the next scheduled shipments.
