RAMEN SCHOOL 5 DAYS

A comprehensive, intensive hands-on professional ramen noodle making and ramen cuisine course in Japan taught by the best ramen professionals. Everything you need to know to make a bowl of ramen from scratch.

UDON SCHOOL 5 DAYS

From Sanuki – the heartland of Udon cuisine in Japan. Take this course to learn everything you need to know to make various Udon dishes from scratch: noodles, Dashi broth, toppings (tempura etc), plating.

  • If you also want to attend ramen school and udon school at the same time, special price is available. Contact us for more details.

  • If your Japanese proficiency is not enough to understand the course content, an interpreter is mandatory. Upon prior request, we might be able to assign a professional interpreter for an additional fee (fees vary by location/course). Otherwise, you may hire an interpreter of your choice. Anyone related to you isn’t accepted as an interpreter unless he/she is attending as a full fee student (e.g. friend / family member / company staff). Please contact us for more information on interpreting.
