Bringing Authentic Ramen Culture to Southern Russia
Tori Ramen represents a new generation of ramen businesses, helping introduce authentic noodle culture to new audiences
In the vibrant city of Krasnodar, Russia, Tori Ramen has become one of the country’s most famous Ramen concepts. Founded by chef Oleg Sychov, the brand was created with a simple mission: to make authentic Japanese-Asian noodle dishes accessible to a wider audience while maintaining quality, consistency, and strong culinary identity.
The first Tori Ramen restaurant opened in 2019 in the heart of Krasnodar. Inspired by extensive culinary training and research in Japan and Asia, Sychov developed a concept centered around Ramen as an affordable, everyday meal that combines rich broth, quality noodles, and balanced flavors. The restaurant quickly gained popularity, leading to the opening of multiple locations across the city and the development of a centralized production facility.
Today, Tori Ramen serves a menu that blends Japanese Ramen culture with influences from Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam. The brand emphasizes speed, accessibility, and bold flavors while maintaining a strong focus on noodle quality and customer experience. Its success demonstrates the growing interest in authentic Asian cuisine within the Russian market.
